Accidental Ambivalence: Holding On

At this moment, I am hopeful that it will work out. I have a positive feeling, and I'm going to hold on to that. I have hope, and I refuse to let go.

This of course reminds me of how hilarious it was, and still is, to me that in Titanic, whatsherface said "I'll never let go, Jack, I'll never let go" about two seconds before she let go of his popsicle of a body and watched it float away. The irony was too much for me when I saw it the first time. I laughed right out loud and every girl in the theater (you know, the ones who were bawling their eyes out) all tried to shoot me down with their eyes.

Good times.
